If " You are not authorized " alert appears while selecting Last Financial Year then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

If Marg ERP Software, if 'You are not Authorized to use this Option', alert appears while selecting the last Financial Year then this issue can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve 'You are not authorized to use this option' alert, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • The user will select the operator to make desired changes.
  • Suppose select '02' and press 'Enter' key.

  • The user will click on 'Search In All' option.

  • The user will search 'Last Year' and click on 'Accept' button.

  • In 'LAST Year Data Entry' option, the user will select 'Entry/Edit & Amend'.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • Now, for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen.

  • Enter the User ID and Password.

After following the above steps, the user can resolve the 'You are not authorized' alert while selecting the last financial year in Marg ERP Software.
