In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily export and import data according to the requirement but, if the user needs to ban the Export and Import power for the selected operator then the user needs to follow the steps below:

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's. 

• The user will select the operator whose power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on 'Search In All'.

• The user will search 'Export' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Data Import/Export/Y-Both/No' option, the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• The user will press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, for Re login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• Enter the User ID and Password.

• Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the user can ban the 'Export and Import' option for the selected operator in Marg ERP Software.
