• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Rate wise GST'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Rate wise GST' window will appear.

• In 'Calculate on 1-Rate 2-Taxable Rate 3-MRP 4-Rate-Disc%' option, the user will select '4'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now the user can Apply Rate wise GST.

• Item Value = (Rate*Qty) -10% = (1*150) - 10% = 135

• GST is 6% + 6% = 12%.

• 135 * 6% = 8.10 + 8.10 = 16.20.

After following the above steps, the Rate wise GST will calculate after less Discount in Marg Software.
