How to resolve the issue if bills do not send through WhatsApp in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software if the user not able to send bills through WhatsApp, then the user can resolve this issue easily.

In order to Send Bills through WhatsApp, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Step 1. Update software with latest exe.

Step 2. Make sure your chrome is updated. If not, then update your chrome first.

Step 3. Download & Update 'Chrome Driver' into the System as well as Marg folder.

a. In order to download the chrome driver Click here.

b. Now the user will click on 'The Chrome for Testing availability dashboard'.

c. Another WebPage will get open where the user can view link are given for win 32 and 64 bit to download Chrome Driver.

d. The user will select and Copy the link as per the requirement. Suppose select 'win64'.

e. The user will paste Link in new WebPage and press 'Enter' key. The Chrome Driver will get auto Download.

f. Go to Download Folder of the system and extract the chrome driver.

g. Copy the extracted file by pressing 'Ctrl+C' key of chrome driver.

h. Now the user will paste chrome driver in marg folder. Right click on 'Marg Icon' which displays on the desktop.

i. Click on 'Open File Location'.

j. Marg folder will get opened, now paste the extracted file in the folder .

Step 4. If user is having the windows 7 then the user needs to Update '.Net framework' file into the system as well as Marg folder. 

a. Right click on 'Marg Icon' which displays on the desktop.

b. Click on 'Open File Location'.

c. Marg folder will get opened, now paste the file in the folder .

Step 5.  The user needs to make sure that to whom he/she is sending the bill via WhatsApp, their contact number should be saved in the Contact list & must contain at least 1 conversation between them.

Step 6. It is mandatory to enable E-Mail Setup in the Marg Software.

Step 7. The user needs to make sure that WhatsApp should not join the Multi Device Beta.

  1. Open WhatsApp and tap on More options (three vertical dots on the top-right corner).
  2. Here, tap on Linked Devices.
  3. Now, tap on Multi-device beta.
  4. Tap Leave Beta.

Note: After following all steps if WhatsApp Scan window not opening, then the user needs to Recover Mst in New Demo.
