If you get an issue while sending a bill through whatsapp , try these fixes.
1. Update software with latest exe.
2. Make sure your chrome is updated. If not, then update your chrome first
3. Download & update 'Chrome Driver' into the System as well as Marg folder More

Process to paste chrome driver in the Marg Folder.
4. If user is having the windows 7 then the user needs to Update '.Net framework' file into the system as well as Marg folder. More
5. The user needs to make sure that to whom he/she is sending the bill via WhatsApp, their contact number should be saved in the Contact list & must contain at least 1 conversation between them.
6. It is mandatory to enable E-Mail Setup in the Marg Software.
7. The user needs to make sure that WhatsApp should not join the Multi Device Beta. Click here to off Multi-Device Beta
Note: After following all steps if WhatsApp Scan window not opening, then the user needs to Recover Mst in New Demo
