• Go to Accounts > Voucher Entry > Receipt > Receipt.

• A 'Voucher Entry' window will appear.

• The user will enter the date on which receipt is being taken.

• Then a 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select ledger whose receipt entry needs to be pass.

• Suppose select 'A2z Pharmacy.

• Now the user will mention the receipt amount as per the requirement.

• A 'Bill Adjustment' window will appear.

• The user will select bill adjustment type i.e. Adj. Ref, New Ref, etc. as per the requirement.

• Suppose Select 'New Ref.'. Keep Pressing 'Enter' key.

• The user will select whether the receipt amount is being taken in cash or bank.

• Suppose select 'Cash'. Keep Pressing 'Enter' key.

• Now the user will select 'Print'.

• A 'Print Voucher' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'View'.

• A 'View' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Message' Icon.

• A 'Marg Mailer' window will appear.

• In 'To', the user will press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Get Email From' window will appear.

• The user will select 'A/C' Ledger'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger to whom whastapp needs to be send.

• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy'.

• The Software will auto pick the Whatsapp number from ledger in 'Whatsapp' field.

• Then click on 'Email.'

After following the above steps, the user can send Receipt Voucher to Party via Whatsapp in Marg Software.
