Overview Of Delete Batch Updation For Selected Company

• In Marg ERP Software, through the 'Batch Updation' option users can set off their current stock of the different batches of the particular item.
• Suppose Item A has two batches, '123' and '1234', with current stock levels of +10 and -5 respectively, and the user needs to keep only the batch with more stock (batch '123' with +10) while adjusting the negative stock from the other batch (batch '1234' with -5), then the user can adjust batch through 'Batch Updation' option.
• Now in case, the user needs to reverse the effect of 'Batch Updation' for the Selected company then it can be done easily through Delete Batch Updation .

Process To Delete Batch Updation For Selected Company In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Batch Updation > Delete Batch Updation .

• The user will select the company whose item batch updation needs to be deleted.
• Suppose press '+' key to select 'E.Merk PVT. LTD.'

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

• In 'Entry From-To' option the user will mention the date range for which Batch Updation needs to be deleted.
• Suppose mention '01-04-2024' To '31-08-2024'.

• Now type 'DELETE' and press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the user can Delete Batch Updation for Selected Company in Marg Software.
