OVERVIEW OF COMPANY WISE MARGIN IN MARG SOFTWARE

• In Marg Software the user can set Margin in Item's company. With the help of this option the software will generate rate at the time of billing on the basis of margin fix in company.

• Suppose the user purchase an Item of ₹100', now he/she needs to sale the Item on 10% of Margin on Purchase Rate for particular Company of Items. 

PROCESS TO ENABLE COMPANY WISE MARGIN IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Generate Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Generate Rate' window will appear.
• In 'N-fix or change in Y-Item Master C-Company B-Company+Item', option the user will select 'C'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS TO FIX MARGIN IN COMPANY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Now go to Masters > Inventory Master > Company Master.

• A 'Company' window will appear.
• The user will press 'F3' key on particular Company for which margin needs to be fix.
• Suppose select 'E-Merk Pvt. Ltd'.

• A 'Modify Company' window will appear.
• In 'Margin', the user will mention the Margin percentage for rate as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '10' for 'Rate A'

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

PROCESS TO CREATE SALE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• While creating purchase Bill, the user will select an item of 'E.Merk Pvt. Ltd.'.
• Suppose select 'Depicor'.
• Purchase Rate is '100' and Margin fix was '10%'.
• Sale Rate = 100+(100+10/100).
• Sale Rate = 110.

After following the above steps, the user can Set Company Wise Margin in Marg Software.
