How to mail selected Brk/Exp Receive in PDF format in Marg Software?

Note: In order to use this feature make sure an E-mail Setup should be activated in the Marg Software.

In order to mail the Brk/Exp receives transaction in PDF format, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions > Brk/Exp Receive > Modify Receive.

• A 'Modify' window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement like bill date, bill number etc.

• A ‘Brk/Exp Receive as on’ window will appear.

• The user will press 'F11' key.

• An ‘Email’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Mail Bill Format in PDF’.

After following the above steps the selected entry will be mail to party in pdf format.
