In Marg Software, if the user needs to create Payment Voucher while creating Purchase Bill, then the user can create it without exiting from the purchase window.

In order to create Payment Voucher, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• The user will press 'Ctrl+J' key while creating Purchase Bill.

• A 'Switch Over' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Data Entry' option.

• A Marg ERP 9+ Accounting window will appear.
• Click on 'Double Entry System'.

• Another 'Type' window will appear.
• Now the user will select 'Payment' option.

• A 'Voucher Entry' window will appear where the user can create Payment Voucher.

After following the above steps, the user can create Payment Voucher while creating Purchase Bill in Marg Software.
