Process to Import DMP Bill Format in Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF DMP BILL FORMAT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Invoice Format 98 is designed on DMP i.e. Dot Mattrix Pattern.
• In Marg Software, with the help of using Invoice Format 98, the user can design the format of an invoice as per the requirement from the customers as Multi default Invoice Samples are already being predefined which helps to minimize the customization time and reduces the manpower cost.

PROCESS TO EXPORT DMP BILL FORMAT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. 

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- DMP'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- DMP' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format which needs to be import.

• Suppose enter 'AA'.

• The user will now select ‘Export Format’. 

• A 'Select Directory' window will appear.
• The user will select Drive in which Bill Format needs to be save.
• Suppose select 'Desktop' and click on 'Ok'.

• An 'Export Format' window will appear.
• The user will type 'SURE'.

• An alert of 'Format Exported properly' will appear.

PROCESS TO IMPORT DMP BILL FORMAT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Now the user will enter in the company in which Bill Format needs to be Import.
• Suppose select 'Marg Chemist'.

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. 

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- DMP'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- DMP' window will appear.
• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format as per the requirement.
• In 'Load Default Formats', the user will select the format type as per the requirement.

• The user will now select ‘Import Format’.

• A 'Format File' window will appear. 
• Click on 'Directory', to select the folder or drive in which the format was exported.

• The user will now select Folder/Drive as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Desktop' and click on 'Ok'.

• Select the format file and click on 'Select'.

• A 'Import Format' window will appear.
• The user will type 'Restore'.

• An alert of 'Format Imported Properly' will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can Export or Import DMP Bill Format from Marg to Marg.
