In Marg Software the user can manage Accounting or Inventory easily as per the requirement. With the help of this process, the user can Email the Receipt Voucher to the Party easily.

Note: Email Setup is mandatory to send Receipt Voucher via Email.

• Go to Books > Entry Books > Receipt Book.

• A 'Receipt Book' window will appear.
• The user will mention the date range as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '01-04-2021' to '31-03-2021'.

• Again 'Receipt Book' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key which needs to be sent via mail to the party.

• A 'Voucher Modification' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Print Advice'.

• A 'Print Advice' window will appear.
• The user will select options as per the requirement and click on 'View'.

• A 'Marg Mailer' window will appear.
• In 'To' field, the user will mention the mail id or press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Get Email From' window will appear.
• The user will select 'A/c Ledgers or Company' whose mail ID needs to be picked as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'A/c Ledgers'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger to whom whastapp needs to be sent.
• Suppose select 'Kajal'.

• The Software will auto-pick the Email ID from the ledger detail of the party.
• Mention other details as per the requirement.
• Suppose skip for now and keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• Now click on 'Email'.

After following the above steps, the user can EMail Receipt Voucher to Party in Marg Software.
