If ' 283 ' error appear while generating e-Way Bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
Cause:
In GST E-invoice system from December 04, 2023, it has been mandated that a minimum of 6 digits of the HSN code will be compulsory in e-invoices for taxpayers with an Aggregate Annual Turnover (AATO) of 5 Crore and above.
Solution:
In order to resolve ' 283 ', the user needs to follow the below steps:
- The user needs to update the 6 Digit HSN Code in Item Master.
After following the above steps, the user can view '283' error will get resolved while generating e-Way Bill in Marg Software.
