In Marg Software the user can Design the field for Party as per the requirement. The user can also print Self fields on Bill Format as required.

• To view the Self Field, the user will press 'F3' key on Party, and select 'Self Fields' option.

Note: To Design the Party Master Self Field Click Here.

• The user can view the Self Field, the first is 'Bank Name' and the second one is 'Account No' of the party.

• Suppose the user needs to Print Self fields below the Party GST No.

In order to Print Party Master Self Design Field, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Header’.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command of Party Master Self Field below the Party GST No so select and copy the command of Party GST No.

• Now the user needs to paste the copied command (as shown below).

• Now press 'F1' key to search command.

• The user will search 'My Party' under Description.

• Now the user will select the command of ‘SL_MYPARTY_?' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will paste this command by pressing 'F3' key.

• The user can view the command will get added.

• At the place of Question Mark (?) in command, the user will mention the Self Field number which needs to be Printed.

• Suppose the user needs to Print First Self Desing Field of Party 'Bank Name'.
• So mention '1'.

• Now the user will mention the Heading for Self Design field.
• Suppose mention 'Bank:'.

• The user will change the coordinates as per the requirement.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can Print Party Master Self Design Field on Bill Format of Marg Software.
