Condition 1: When Master Wise Setup is Used

• Go to Masters > Master > Item Master.

• The user will press 'F3' key on the item whose cost needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'Amifru 40'.

• In 'Cost' option, the user will Change the Cost of Item as per the requirement. If Cursor does not wait on Cost field.
• Suppose enter '19'. 

• Then, press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' button to save the changes.

Condition 2: When Batch Wise Setup is Used

• Go to Masters > Master > Item Master.

• The user will press 'F4' key on the particular item whose batch details needs to be modify.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot' .

• The user will select 'Batch Detail'.

• The user will press 'F3' key on particular batch which needs to be modified.

• The user can modify the batch Cost as per the requirement.
• Suppose enter '120' and press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

After following the above steps, the user can match Item Cost or Batch Cost in Marg ERP Software.
