Cause:

This error appears due to multi store not created in Software.

If 'Only used if Multi Store' alert appear at the time of selecting Store T/F in Stock Issue entry then it can be easily resolve in Marg Software.

In order to resolve the alert of 'Only used if Multi Store', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. 

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Store'.
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Store' window will appear.
  • In 'Stores 1,2,3,....65' option, the user will mention the store more than '1'.
  • Suppose mention '4'.

  • The user will now press the 'ESC' key twice.

  • Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • An alert of 'Updation Required!' will appear.
  • The user will select 'Yes'.

Now, the user needs to create multiple Store.

After following the above steps, the alert of 'Only used if Multi Store' will not display at the time of selecting Store T/F in Stock Issue entry in Marg Software.
