Process to Recover Deleted Bills from Financial Year Backup in Marg ERP Software

Note: Take a backup before using this option.

• Go to Reports > Management Reports > Utilities > Misc. Utilities > Recover Bills From Backup. 

• In 'Backup of Financial' option, the user will press 'F2' key to recover bills from the financial year Backup.

• The user will select the directory where the Backup is saved and select the Financial Year Backup file or click on 'Select' button.

• Press 'PageDown' key.

• Now, mention the date of the bills that need to be recovered.
• Suppose mention '01-05-2026' To '31-03-2027'.

• In 'For' option, the user will select the options as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key.

a. Recover Both: The user will select the option if needs to recover both Bills and Challan.

b. Recover Bills: The user will select the option if needs to recover only Bills.

c. Recover Challan: The user will select the option if needs to recover only Challan.

• Now, the user will press 'F6' key to recover the bills.

Note: The user will select all the bills by pressing the star (*) key or to select a single bill the user needs to press 'Spacebar' on it.

• Thereafter, the user will type 'SURE' to recover the bills from the backup.

After following the above process, the user can Recover Deleted Bills from Financial Year Backup in Marg ERP Software.
