How to mail scrap issue challan entry in excel format in FMCG setup in Marg Software ?
In order to mail scrap issue challan entry in excel format in FMCG setup, the user needs to follow below steps:-
Note: In order to use this feature make sure an E-mail Setup should be activated in the Marg Software.
- Go to Transaction > Scrap Issue > Modify Challan.
- A 'Modify' window will be appear.
- The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.
- A 'Waste Return Challan As On' window will appear.
- Press 'F11' on selected entry.
- An 'Email' window will appear.
- Click on 'Mail Softcopy'.
After following above steps, the selected entry will get mailed to the party in excel format.
