In Marg Software, the user can easily replace Item cost with Purchase rate +Tax in batch of all items.

Suppose 'Aceloc' Item purchase rate is 100, Tax 12%, Cost 100+12= 112.

In order to know the process, the user will follow the below steps:

**Important**: The user needs to take the Backup of the financial year in order to secure Marg Data.   

• Firstly Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Command' window will appear.

• The user will type 'SELECT PROBAT'. Press 'Enter' key

• Again type ' REPLACE ALL LPRATE WITH PRATE' and click on 'Run'.

• Then click on 'Exit' tab to exit from this window.

• Again, Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

• A 'Direct Command' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Command' window will appear.

• The user will type 'SELECT PROBAT'. Press 'Enter' key

• Again type 'REPLACE ALL LPRATE WITH ((LPRATE*IGST/100)+LPRATE)' and click on 'Run'.

• Then click on 'Exit' tab to exit from this window.

After following the above steps, Item cost will get replaced with Purchase rate +Tax in batch of all items.
