Process to Register For Swiggy and Zomato Integration through Marg ERP Software
The user will enter the below details to Integrate Swiggy and Zomato with Marg:
Restaurant Details:
a. Name: The user will enter the 'Name of the Restaurant'.
b. Street Address: Enter the 'Full Address of the Restaurant's location'.
c. City: The user will enter the 'City' of the Restaurant.
d. Pincode: Specify the postal code of the restaurant's location.
e. State: The user will enter the 'State' of the Restaurant.
f. Country: The user will enter the 'Country' of the Restaurant.
g. Email: Enter 'Email ID' for restaurant communication.
h. Phone: Enter the restaurant's 'contact number'.
i. Latitude & Longitude: The 'GPS coordinates for the restaurant's precise location' will auto-pick.
Owners Details:
a. Name: The user will enter the 'Name of the Owner'.
b. Contact No.: Enter the 'Owners contact number'.
c. Email ID: The user will enter the 'Owner's Email ID'.
Restaurant Setup:
a. Swiggy URL: The user will enter the 'URL for the restaurant's page on Swiggy'.
b. Swiggy Email: Enter the 'Email ID registered with Swiggy'.
c. Zomato URL: The user will enter the 'URL for the restaurant's page on Zomato'.
d. Zomato Email: Enter the 'Email ID registered with Zomato'.
e. Email: Enter 'Email ID' for restaurant communication.
f. Swiggy Rest. ID: Enter the 'Unique ID' assigned to the restaurant by Swiggy.
g. Swiggy RM Mob: The user will enter the 'Swiggy's Relationship Manager's mobile number'.
f. Zomato Rest. ID: Enter the 'Unique ID' assigned to the restaurant by Zomato.
g. RM Mobile: The user will enter the general 'Relationship Manager's mobile number'.
h. Mobile Escalation: Enter the 'Number to which issues can be escalated'.
Click on 'Save & Register' button.
Process to Upload Product Menu in Marg ERP Software
The user will select the filters as per the requirement:
a. Select: The user will put a checkmark to select one or multiple items for actions like uploading and updating,etc.
b. Item Name: The user can view the Names of the Items that are created in the software.
c. Type: The user can view the item type such as Food, Beverage, or other categories defined in the system.
d. Category: It Indicates the broader category of the item, e.g., Fruits, Snacks, Main Course.
e. Sub Category: It provides a more specific classification within the main category, e.g., Citrus (for Fruits).
f. Stock: It displays the available stock of the item.
g. Status Active: It shows the current status of the item (Active/Inactive).
h. Uploaded: The checkmark confirms whether the item has been uploaded to Swiggy/Zomato or not.
i. On/Off: It Indicates whether the item is currently available or turned off for external visibility.
j. Refresh Data: It refreshes the screen to fetch updated information about items and their status.
k. Upload to Swiggy & Zomato: It Uploads selected items to integrated platforms.
l. Item On/Off: The user can set the visibility of the Item.
m. Store On/Off: The user can set the visibility of the Store.
n. Exit: The user can exit the window by clicking on this button.
Suppose the user selects the 'Shahi Paneer' item which is a Type of Indian Food, Category is Vegetarian and Sub Category is Main Course.
Then, the user will click on 'Upload to Swiggy & Zomato' button.
