Process to Book Doctor Consultation through Marg ERP Software
Note: The user needs to register as a chemist in ERP to ERP order for avail services.
- Go to Transactions > Sale > Bill.
- In Item selection window, the user will click on 'Misc' button.
- Click on '1RX' button.
- Enter patient details and click on 'Submit' button.
- Now, the appointment confirmation window will appear and click on 'Ok' button.
After following the above steps, the chemist can review the appointment and book the patient consultation through Marg ERP Software.
Process to Book Doctor Consultation through Health QR Code in Marg ERP Software
- Click on 'Open' button.
- The user can view Marg health website will be open, and click on 'Book Now' button.
- Click on 'Pay now to consult' button.
- Enter the name and mobile no and click on 'Submit' button.
- The user will select the mode of payment as per the requirement.
- Suppose select 'Paytm'.
- The payment confirmation window will appear.
- Now, the user can view that the payment has been completed.
- The user will click on the link to join the session (as shown in the below image).
- Now, the doctor consultation will begin.
- The user can view the post-consultation confirmation window will appear.
- Click on the link to download the prescription (as shown in the below image).
After following the above steps, the user can download the prescription and book doctor consultation through Marg ERP Software.
